Stu is a ‘mostly retired’ emergency medicine physician and 30-yearveteran of the U.S. Air Force. During his military service he heldcommand and headquarters assignments. During Operations DesertShield/Desert Storm he deployed as the commander of a NATO fieldoperation. He and his wife, Blair, are founding members of thecongregation. They moved to the Bonners Ferry area in 2005. He waschief of the county hospital’s emergency department from 2005 to2020 and has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2021.

Mike serves on the board for Interact Ministries, an agency that aims to reach the unreached in Alaska, Western Canada, and Siberia. He has served on the mission field in those areas for many years and now serves as a consultant to missionaries around the world. The author of several books dealing with worldview and cultural issues, he and his wife, Kathleen, moved to the Bonners Ferry area in 2010.
